1) ART DECOR
(Sean & Prisna have graciously decorated the camp withtheir their Flo Toys every year and Adam of CyberQuest will hopefully be with us this time with his uber kool tribal works. We will also set up a chill space in the hut behind the play area for meditation and relaxation. If you have art that you would like to share or simply help set up, please let us know.

2) COMMUNITY MEALS and Lodge Area
Again, as last gathering, we will organize community meals and activities in the lodge. Volunteers will help organize and prep foods, cook and clean-up after each meal as well as an over all exodus clean up crew Sunday afternoon. You don't have to be a Master Chef, just aware of cleanliness and eager to help.

3) FIRST AID
At all times we strive to achieve the safest possible conditions for everyone. As we will be gathering in a camp located away from urban communities, we are requesting anyone trained in first aid and paramedic skills to please offer their services as 'on call' during the gathering. We are asking for those people to sign on here, with the First Aid contact and to check in at the First Aid tent upon arrival and let us know where you are camping in case of need.

4) FIRE SAFETY
We will have "Fire Safety Observers" observing the gathering area to help maintain safe practices at all times. Fire Safety Observers are not there to act as a ''safety spotter'' for the performers, but rather to be sure each fire artist acquires their own safety spotter, are behaving and performing in a safe manner and to observe the fuel area is maintained in a safe and organized manner.
